An oil company hit an oil well in1999 pn the east bank of Iberville Parish on Point Claire . My family property was in the pool. We received royalties for about 4 years. Then they shut in the well. Said it was producing more water than oil. Then they went on the west bank and hit oil again. across the river from us. In 2019 a oil lease agent sent me a form to look at cause it was time to renew our leases. Because they were gonna continue to pump oil. I told him their haven't been any drilling since around 2004. He said oh no we been pumping oil from your property since the 200s. He said I check into it. He checked talked to someone in his office and said . Right they weren't pumping oil from my property and I should of not of received the paperwork.
My quesion is what I need to prove they are pumping oil from my property?
