The company I work for has set up a GROWTH HACKING department. However, the department, I sense, is not set up to do real growth hacking. They don't seem to look into pain points, do are not allowed to touch any of the core offerings of the company (so their growth hacking is limited to trivial ideas). For me this is a BIG problem because an external party can easily see the pain points or gaps we are missing and come in as a disruptor and our GH department gives the bosses a false sense of security. I need to present how a growth hacking department needs to be set up, how they need to drive disruption, how they identify projects to work on & how they test (i.e. how to setup and get it in operation), what kind of skillsets are needed in the GH team, present case study examples of success and failures, what precisely are the goals, objectives of the GH team.
