Scope of Work
We understand that you need professional assistance to provide a portal to publish the information about the TV programs and setup a FAQ System. The scope of the work is to;
o Create a portal with the information about the existing and upcoming TV programs
o Create a system for the authorized backend users to upload the content on the website
o Provide a system for the registered members to download the Clips of the TV programs
o Create necessary form(s) for member registration and store information in the database
o Make provisions for the registered members to maintain their own profile and change the password.
o Create a form for registered members to post the question(s)
o Store these posted questions into a FAQ database
o System to intimate the authorized person through email or SMS whenever a question is posted on the website.
o Create a form for authorized person to answer the questions and publish in the FAQ page of the website
o Create a system to inform the member when his question is answered on the website.
o Create logic to bar the irrelevant and unanswered questions from publishing.
o Provision to maintain the database at backend with multilevel security authorization
o System shall have provision for the audit trail to prevent the un-authorized use of database
o Generate a list of unanswered question(s)
o Generate a member(s) wise list/report on the questions asked
Roles and Responsibilities of organisation and Service provider
o Organisation to identify the nodal person to provide the required technical information required and give necessary formal approvals
o Organisation to provide all the required/updated Contents along with the presentation details one week in advance
o Organisation to interact and finalize the arrangement with the Telecommunication services provider (e.g. Airtel, Reliance) for the SMS services
o Service provider shall provide and ask the technical information to/from the Telecommunication service provider with facilitation from Organisation. The detailed scope of work on this need to be discussed with Organisation in detail.
o Organisation shall provide/make available the web site hosting space and necessary authorization like User Id and Password for uploading the content
