ASP.Net tutorial using C#

We need an excellent beginner level tutorial to be written on "ASP.Net using C#" which we can use for our purposes. The tutorials should clearly explain the concepts with sufficient sample codes/examples attached with them. The tutorials should be on English only.
The tutorials should span to atleast 25-30 pages minimum and can be more. If it is more, this can be compensated proportionately. Each page should be approximately 300-350 words.
A small brief indication about the topics are included below. This is only for reference. People who want to bid, please include a 2 page sample of writing as a proof of your work along with the Table of contents/topic list.
