PRINTSTREAM USER GROUP REQUIREMENTS
Secure login based on a preloaded Database for access to Forum and Roster (Database)
Level 1 – Administrative / Full Access to Forum and Roster
Level 2 - Members / Access to Forum and partial access to edit Roster
Maintained by Users
Only records that include User’s company (company + location) are editable by Level 2 Members.
If Member is removed from Roster, that Member’s login is no longer valid.
Roster requires form design for local printing with several sorting methods.
Forum usage is limited to Members in the Database Roster
Members can not use an alias. The first name in the Roster will be the user name.
Easy for New User to Register: Fill in Default Fields and Member can change later if necessary
Basic Forum functionality with Administrative Controls
Ability to import existing text data into appropriate Topic
Should not require a post to register
Should not send email to all upon registry
Upon posting or replying, all Users who opted to receive email confirmation of post should receive the complete text entered into forum, not just notification of post.
