Fix a local IIS7 installation (Win10 host) to run ASP.Net Code Behind

I have an asp.net C# code behind project that is working well if I deploy it. For some reason, I cannot run any project locally. I can run regular (not code behind) aspx project, but code behind fail to run for some reason.

The project run well from my external domain, it also work from Visual Studio but it doesn't work as stand alone (IIS) from the same machine. It seem to be a Roslyn problem. I'm pretty sure I installed all roslyn requirement. I don't want to spend 3 days on that one while it should take less then 5 minutes to fix.

Since I don't allow remote access to my computer, you'll need

1. to speak eitheir french or english

2. Discord installed to be ready to talk to me while I stream my screen so you can guide me to fix

3. Decent knoledge of Visual Studio installation

4. Decent knowledge of IIS 7 installation and configuration.

5. probably some knowledge of Roslyn installation.

I offer 15$ flat rate, it shouldn't take more then 15 min once you see the error.
