Substantial social networking website - long term

I am looking for a web developer that is willing to work long-term on this project and become part of it - in fact become a partner in it. I don't want anyone that is remote from it or expects to cut and run. The developer must be located preferably on the Gold Coast or possibly in Brisbane and possibly semi-retired as it will not be 8 hours work every day. I expect to have face-to-face meetings on a regular basis and work closely with this person. I'm not looking for a price, I'm looking for the right person.

Here are some general guidelines regarding the planned website. It’s not much I know, but I can’t go too far until we have a confidentiality agreement. The idea for this site is very important to me and is the subject of copyright.

The general concept for the website is that there will be a lot of members registering, they register a product and the website does a lot of processing in the background managing the data and emailing members with alerts.

There will be secure payment transactions processed online and transaction logging and tracking.

There will be considerable expansion over time and I hope to take the system world-wide.

Some of the main tables involved in the database…

1. Members

2. Member products

3. Master reference data

4. Matches

5. Result tracking

6. Payments

More information after finding the right person.
