Make a single classic ASP products page ULTRA SEO friendly

I have an automotive accessories website with over 170,000 products online. These parts are all available directly from a single ASP page with certain URL variables in place. an example of this page is: [login to view URL] I have posted the URL list to Google webmaster tools. I am seeing their bot crawl my site about 4,000 pages per day, but they only currently show about 220 of those pages indexed on their site.... I believe the issue is that this page is not SEO friendly at all... I need you to rewrite it to be as SEO friendly as possible. This page is CLASSIC ASP. You must be able to show me proof of your success with other product selling websites. I am starting with Google. If you are successful with google, I will hire you to do the same on Yahoo, BING, and ASK.
