Continuously overwrite jpegs from network camera to server

We are seeking the most efficient and robust method to grab jpeg images from a network camera and save them to a Windows server. The images need to be overwritten so that they all will have the same filename. The camera is capturing images at between 15 and 60 fps, so the method needs to be as fast as possible.

In one instance, the server will be located on the same local network as the camera. In a second instance, the server is about 20 miles away, so FTP is not an option for this case, due to latency. We suspect HTTP upload will be the best solution, but we are open to other approaches.

The camera is an Arecont AV5105. We have attached a PDF file with integration details for the camera.
