Would like to create a service call management database form in Access
We are a rental company so I would like to have an MS access Form where my reps can enter the details of an order and then send the completed details to an MS Word or PDF file to be printed as customer receipts (2 different files/same info ) -
On the order form would be an area to select available product. This information would come from a second inventory table where we list all of our inventory that tells us whats available.
The key fields here would be Start Date and End Date
Returned or picked up YES/NO
those details, I assume would come from a third table that would list total inventory, with some type of YES/ NO field as to wether the sign is available.
We want our reps to be able to pull up the application and know whats available as they are taking the order and also have the ability to run a report that tells our driver what needs to be picked up and when.
