The data tables that need to be in this aplication:
1. Date and Time (automatically generated)
2. Created By (this is determined by login credentials)
3. Marketing Campaign (combo box)
4. Zip Code (combo box)
5. County (combo box)
6. Status (drop down box)
7. Sale Closed By (combo box)
8. Assigned To1 (combo box)
9. Assigned To2 (combo box)
10. Assigned To3 (combo box)
11. Customer Info (text input)
#1 - The functionality that will need to be added is when you save the task into the database. There needs to be an email sent to Assigned To1, AssignedTo2, AssignedTo3 (they needs to be separate emails or all blind carbon copies --> send an OK when finished).
#2 - On the Add a Task Form I need to have the email and fax information shown next to the Assigned to fields (read only). When the task is saved and if there is no email input in the database for one of them... then notification needs to be given that "AssignedTo# doesn't have an email in database please fax AssignedTo# a copy of the task at (xxx-xxx-xxxx) ". The email for the other two still needs to be sent even if this happens.
I am going to attach a copy of a program that I was going to use, but then figured that it might be easier as a web application. The picture is for a visual reference of what needs to be done.
