We are users of both [url removed, login to view] and Switchvox.
We need an integration between [url removed, login to view] and Switchvox based on the salesforce CTI 3.0 toolkit.
The Dialpad in [url removed, login to view] must integrate with our Polycom/Switchvox desk phones, have the ability to hold, conference, and transfer calls. It must also have a free format "notes" box that will later record an activity/summary of the call in salesforce.

For purposes of clarification, I have included the following files:
Location requirements.doc (specific to our needs)
CTI Partner Presentation (Powerpoint).
Please note that as part of this project, we would expect FULL functionality as demonstrated in both files with our existing Switchvox phones.
If you are chosen as this winning bidder, payment will ONLY be made on successful use of the adaptor in our own salesforce environemnt to the specifications attached. As such, the winning bid is likely to be one where no milestone payment is requested.
