the idea is to divert x number of calls based on number of incoming calls.
1. for all incoming calls, there will be a prefix 1234 and asterisk will keep a call count meter. For every x th (user define) incoming calls, asterisk will change from prefix 1234 to prefix 4321 and divert x (user defined) calls to a certain location.
if incoming calls is > 50 and <100, change prefix for 2 calls
if incoming calls is > 100 and <150, change prefix for 4 calls
2. I have Asterisk 13.14.0 built ready
would like a time based on asterisk to enable and disable call divert feature.
call diver will start monday to sunday from 8am to 5pm ( date and time are user defined)
when feature are disabled, call will flow thru as per normal
