Job Description:
Setting up a Twilio IVR system (connected to Zoho telephony), with a two level split key process (first slip already set up for pressing a number for the required department).
- The second split is for searching staff members. Need this section cleaned up as its currently not working.
- Also need to set up IVR for certain times of day (9 AM-5:30 PST).
- Lastly, if the second split call (staff call cell phone) rings for 5 times and no-one answers, it takes you to another widget (VM) - already configured to (twimlets-voicemail).
