I have between 40 and maybe 100 drm-free mp3 files which need work. I created the problem using the free software Audacity, trying to increase the volume of playback. Unfortunately, I ruined them. I think that I over-amplified them and they got "clipped" on both sides. I'm not sure if it can be undone, but I want to try. I'd like to pay no more than $0.75 per file.
