I am looking for an architect to design an extension for my house, with the purpose of creating additional living space. The extension area will be between 500-1000 square feet. I am specifically interested in a modern design style for the extension.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in architectural design and drafting
- Knowledge of modern design principles and styles
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces
- Proficiency in CAD software or Sketchup for creating detailed plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate my requirements into the design
- Preferably a Filipino
