Cad logo to DXF file

Job Description:
I am looking for someone to help me convert a logo from a JPG file into both a DXF file and a vector-based format such as an AI or PDF file. The logo is a text-based design, and I require two different formats in the end. Experience with logo conversions and working with CAD designs is an absolute must. I am seeking someone who can work quickly, professionally, and accurately. Experience with CAD files is essential, especially a strong understanding of how to convert into and out of those files.
The DXF file for the logo only, must be with size of 40 x 40 inches
The letters can be axed accordantly with logo size and sample provide .
Logo lines must be simetria with smooth lines where curves and arch takes place.
Where lines are straight and or rounded , must be correct , the logo must be 40 inches by 40 inches , this do not count the letters.
I have try turning the logo files bellow into pdf and lines are not symmetrical, queries CAD work .
