CNC cut FLAT PACK FURNITURE DESIGN

Job Description:
We would like to design a cover for an aquarium chiller that connects to our ice bath (Chiller Unit Dimensions: L475mm x W360mm x H490mm).
We would like the cover to be able to be CNC cut from a singe sheet or a couple sheets of timber (20mm x 1200mm x 2400mm). We like the design attached but need less spacing so you can't see clearly see into the chiller box.
It will also need to open to adjust the temperate and place the chiller inside, half of the box opens on hinges perhaps?
Lastly it will need a opening to fit the electrical cords & plumbing through (where is opens ideally).
