Container house plans and structural Fresno County stamped with large barn/shop/garage

Job Description:
I recently bought a lot of land and need plans done to get permits going to build about 1500 sq foot container house and a 30 x 50 barn/shop/garage. This is in Fresno CA and need structural designs stamped in Fresno County for permit approval. I have welded most of the 30x50 structure and realize additions probably need for structural approval. We are looking for a rustic but modern style Cargo container house. Not looking for 3d model. Architect, and structural engineering plans.
