Convert DWG to Vector Graphic File

Expert required to accurately create Vector file for CNC cutting path from DWG file.
This job is urgently required by 10am Saturday 5/12/2020 Australian time.
I will supply an AutoCAD medium quality .DWG file. I require the file provided in three, high resolution formats:
(1) .DXF 2010
(2) .ESP
(3) .DWG 2020
Scale - Must be drawn 1:1 scale
The image is a world map with a compass.
Palestine, Germany, Iran and South Australia are very low quality. A small map of Gaza and the West Bank is included in the .DWG showing the accruate lines and must be clearly and accurately drawn.
The compass must also be converted to an outline image.
You must be prepared to quickly and accurately update the file if the quality is too low, there are mistakes or the cutting paths are innacurate.
