Need an experienced commercial building engineer and architectural designer who can deliver two proposed separate development plans for a commercial building and convert the selected design for engineering. I need price per page, everything must be on scale so that it can be printed on blue print size paper size: 42 X 30.

Please submit sample work you have done. I want to see both renditions / commercial building illustrations and sample engineering work for commercial building.

I need plans that show proposed commercial building per my design requirements.
1. I need to see elevations from each view. South, North, East, West
2. Floor plans
2. I will provide local government building requirements, and you must make sure your drawings/design is meeting all requirements.
3. There are strict parking requirements for commercial building. Therefore, I would need you to know how to engineer design parking spaces correctly for government inspectors / calculate square feet and make sure there is sufficient parking space per government requirement.
