I need a Structural engineer

Job Description:

Construct a roof to cover deck, attached to existing house. I would also want to renovate the bathroom and build a garage next to the house.

Preferably need someone who can help in securing the permits if needed.

Budget is negotiable for now but willing to pay $30/hr
