Flat renovation design

Job Description:

I would like to have a 3D model for a flat renovation. The size 150 sqm. Three bedrooms and open plan living/kitchen/dining.

The flat will be fully renovated. We would like at least one of the rooms to be ensuite, and to create two office spaces and a few other key necessities. The final deliverable will be used to implement the project.
