Modern Floor Plan Redesign

I have an existing set of drawings for a single-storey home and I need them re-worked and renovate the house into a fresh, genuinely modern layout. The exterior walls and the main entrance stay exactly where they are, but I’m open to moving or resizing windows to make the interior flow better and maximise natural light. Key spaces to reconfigure – Kitchen: must showcase a central island counter, include a dedicated pantry and be planned around today’s built-in, energy-efficient appliances. – Bathrooms: there are two, one of them the master ensuite. Between them I’d like to see options that include a separate shower and bathtub, double vanity sinks, and at least one walk-in shower-only arrangement. – Laundry: compact yet functional, with sensible storage and easy outdoor access. – Four bedrooms, combined living-dining area and a separate lounge all need to feel cohesive under the modern aesthetic. Circulation, furniture placement and clear sight-lines are important to me. What I’d like to receive 1. Updated scaled floor plan in DWG or comparable CAD format. 2. A clean PDF set ready for council or contractor discussion. 3. Brief written notes that explain any window relocations or structural implications, so I can review with my builder. If you can also provide simple floor plan views or colour-coded room legends, let me know; I may add that as a small extra milestone. Accuracy is key, so please base your work on the dimensions in my current drawings (to be supplied after award) and flag any conflicts you spot. Turnaround: about a week is ideal, but let me know what’s realistic for high-quality work.
