First let me tell you what this is. It is a tray that can be pressed into a liquid. the liquid is then frozen and the tray can be removed. The holes in the frozen liquid allow a liquid to be added. It is important for the tray to be removable from a frozen product.
I had started with the current design, but we would like to make some changes.
1. the cones need to be narrower at the top.
2. the trays need to be nestable (one stack into the other) this way we can optimize shipping costs.
3. Change the arrangement of the cones so there are 8 smaller cones that hold a total of volume displaced should be about 300ml of volume.
4. It would be great if you could make it ergonomic so it would be easy to remove the tray.
