Seeking a licensed structural engineer/architect located within 150 kilometers of Cayucos, California (preferably on the Central Coast) to create stamped and approved plans for a frameless 30" high glass windbreak on top of 42" pony walls (38 linear feet) for a rooftop patio. The plans must meet general construction standards and common sense practices and include a specific materials list. Additionally, looking for an experienced professional in the same area to order materials and install the frameless glass windbreak after the rooftop remodel is completed this summer.
