I run a busy wedding production company in Bury, Greater Manchester and need someone comfortable driving an Avolites Titan i7 desk from prep through last dance. Every booking is a wedding, so you’ll be shaping mood lighting during the meal, switching to focused stage looks for speeches, and then filling the dance floor with dynamic chases once the party starts. Hands-on experience with the Titan i7 is non-negotiable; I’m not looking for broader rig knowledge right now, just a confident programmer and operator on this console. That said, if you’re enthusiastic and keen to learn, I’m happy to train you on our fixture list and workflows as long as the desk is second nature to you. Typical deliverables for each date: • Pre-event: receive the brief and create or adapt a Titan showfile ready to load in. • On the day: arrive on site, patch, focus, and run looks for the ceremony and meal. • Evening: execute a high-energy dance-floor show, taking live cues when the DJ or band changes tempo. • Wrap-up: save updated showfile, strike fixtures, and hand over a short debrief. Most events fall on weekends with occasional mid-week dates. Travel within Greater Manchester and nearby counties is covered.
