I am expanding my outreach campaign and need a South America–based agent whose Spanish sounds completely Castilian. Your first assignment is straightforward: place 50 cold calls to small businesses that still have no website, present our turnkey landing-page offer, and close as many sales as possible. What I’m specifically looking for • 1–3 years of solid B2B cold-calling experience • A track record of selling to small businesses • Availability to work the phones on weekdays • Native or flawless Spain-accented Spanish—this is mandatory Compensation & growth path The pilot task pays $15 USD for the 50 calls, plus a €20 EUR commission for every confirmed sale. Hit or exceed the target and I’ll raise both the base and the commission rates on the next round.
