I'm looking to get an application made on solidity or hyperldger that allows users to post p2p loan offers or requests using smart contract.
The person borrowing the loan must send collateral to a smart contract address before taking the loan and they will be able to borrow a certain percentage of the value of their collateral (default 50%) i.e. if they have 1 eth to use as collateral they can lend 50% of the value of 1 eth in which ever stable
The functions should be:
1: Post a loan offer
-currency (Eth/ Dai/ TUSD)
- amount (in selected currency)
- accepted collateral (Eth / Dai / TUSD)
- loan to collateral value (default 50% of collateral value can be loaned)
- loan duration (min/max - from 30 days to 360 days - 30/60/90/.../360)
after filling in these parameters the user should be able to click "create loan" which will use the ether in their wallet or metamask to create the smart contract.
2. Loan request:
-collateral currency (which currency do they have as collateral?) Eth / Dai / TUSD
-loan currency (which currency they want to loan) Eth / Dai / TUSD)
-loan to value / loan amount (maximum 50% of collateral value)
-duration 30/60/90/.../360 days
- interest rate (%)
then the user should be shown their total premium (using loan amount + interest rate per month x number of months) then given option to "submit request", which creates the smart contract using eth from their wallet or metamask. There should be a wallet address connected to the smart contract that the user should send the collateral to which makes the contract available.
