Write text to support a cookbook following the story of the restaurant from conception to completion of the second restaurant, a period of five years.
You will interview the Exec Chef, Restaurant Manager and Restaurant owner and extract interesting, funny and serious stories and anecdotes over the five year history. A total of 40 stories of approximately 500 words each are to be included in the final publication.
Some experience of food writing would be well received.
