We are looking for a graphic designer to help produce two 2010 Sell Sheets for our product lines. We are an IT Outsourcing and Managed Services Provider located in the Colorado region. Turn-around on this project will need to be a rapid ramp-up/down process. We are looking for very quick results. Project Parameters: a. There is no previous content to work from , both sheets will be original b. Sell sheets must maintain consistency with our current branding c. The designer involved with developing these sheets should have previous experience working with an MSP, or at least familiarity with the IT Outsourcing and Managed Services industry d. You will be provided with our logo and branding collateral e. All deliverables should be in a template format that allows ease of editing by our internal marketing person either using Adobe products or other. f. Our website and other directive material will be provided to allow the designer a better idea of our branding and product offering. g. We do not expect the designer to implement all of the copy text, we are looking for a good skeleton template/format where we can implement this text ourselves. Sell Sheet Specifics: I. General Sell Sheet -Should showcase IT Outsourcing and Managed Services offerings, with no direct focus on either product. -There should be an area showcasing IT Outsourcing/Consulting services, listing topics such as Microsoft, Linux, VoIP, Networks, Servers, etc... -The Managed Services area of the sell sheet should focus on expense reduction and improved reliability from using the services. -Call to action should be clear and striking -Use of graphics, "local" provider, and other key marketing points is important II. General Price Sheet -Sheet should be layed out in a clear manner that allows the reader to see hourly published rates, rates, for value-added services (anti-spam, offsite/onsite backups) -Logical flow of sheet should have the costing for hourly services at the top including: Business Hours, After-Hours remote support, and Business Hours / After-Hours onsite support. Once hourly rates are listed, the value-add costs should be depicted. -Use of our corporate branding, and partner logo content should be prevelant on the document
