Floorplan in dwg & Sketchup of Restaurant/Bar/Boutique Hotel

I require ALL the following: 1. The file: HELEN - [login to view URL] needs to be updated so it matches the more accurate measurements on file: 020416_WINDING... 2. A new plan for the layout of the building. You must provide revised CAD/dwg plans showing added features and the full layout of each floor - final plans MUST also to be provided in pdf format Elements to be included are detailed in the file: WB FREELANCER [login to view URL], which MUST include the following criteria: STAIRCASE: a new staircase is needed to link all levels, with the ability to lock it off from the bar/restaurant areas. Two possible areas indicated - but need to be designed to accommodate all 5 levels. THIS IS A MAJOR ELEMENT OF THE PLAN. LOWER LEVEL: bar, games area, ADA toilet, separate access at lower level so it can be locked off from the main building, utility area LEVEL 1: 2 bed/2 bath ADA apartment, bar, restaurant, food store, commercial kitchen, prep area, possibly ski/bike storage area LEVEL 2: 6-8 guest suites (to consist of bedroom, bathroom and seating area (to accommodate bed sofa) - luxury dimensions of approx 360-400ft2 the file SCREENSHOT 201... gives a suggestion of the possible layout of the suites LEVEL 3: 1-2 bedrooms with ensuites + communal lounge/bar/dining area DUMB WAITER: required to link commercial kitchen with all floors DECKING PLAN: outside decking as indicated on the plans - need to consider structural elements of the design to achieve the decking. The decking on level 1 MUST be cantilevered ALSO REQUIRE laundry area, and, if space allows, 2-3 bedroom residential staff accommodation. 3. A contemporary exterior siding plan/design, similar in style to the original photos in file: SCREEN SHOT 2016-05-26... , but brought up to date. 4. The final, agreed plan must be submitted in 3D Google Sketchup, dwg and pdf file formats. 5. All rights in the plans will be automatically assigned to the client on payment of the fee. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN FILE: 012816_Code... IS CONSIDERED IN THE DESIGN, AS THESE ARE THE LOCAL BUILDING REGULATIONS WHICH WE MUST COMPLY WITH. I will provide a link to photos of the current building to the successful candidate. I need this work completed in a week or less.
