Job Description:
Looking for an interior designer/architect to be drawn up in AuthCad, PDF and photorealistic visualization. For an experienced professional, this should not take more than 5 to 7 hours. This involves a flipping/modernization of an existing Victorian home exploring the façade (exterior), landscaping and interior of the house. I will provide existing photos, floor plan and a suggested floor plan and structural requirements.
