Asphalt Parking Lot

Asphalt Project, will require the Villages Planning Commission's approval before a permit is issued.

First, Hi Tech will need to Hire a Design Engineer to draw the plans for each parking lot with a). A flood zone component and b). Storm water detention component

The Design engineer will need to complete 70% drawings to be submitted to the village's planning commission before they review and approve it.

The Villages Ordinance for new parking lots include rules / requirements for Curb and Gutter and storm water detention

When the plan is approved by the Planning Commission and the Village Board Hi Tech may be able to apply for Rezoning and the permit

As the lots are over one half acre in size and we are in a flood zone we also need a MWRD Permit (Metropolitan Water and Reclamation District) which is another

local municipality responsible for StormWater Detention
