Looking for a floorplan with measurements and 3D version

Job Description:
HiI am looking for someone to create a 3D floor plan along with a 2D version with measurements (blueprint). The total amount of Sq Ft should be 2000. There is also a rough copy attached of the layout I like as an example. Here are the following measurements for each of the rooms:
