I am looking for an architect or house designer that can draw and provide pdf. Or printed building plans of a ranch house. The house must be compliant with “The Uniform Code for Abetment of Dangerous Buildings 1997”. The is the building standard for where I live in Wyoming. I will be self-funding and sub-contracting out various areas of the build. Complete and accurate plans are a must.

1600sqft to 2000sqft 3 Bedroom Rectangular Ranch Style house.

3-bedroom, Minimum bedroom size would be 11x11 for the smallest room.

Master bed room I would like at least 2 large closets

2 full bathrooms.

Crawl space 4’

Open kitchen, dinning and living area.

Possibly a Den as well.

Forced Air HVAC
