my parents have a retail store listed for lease or sale. Currently they do have items in the store that should be removed by February. They are needing renderings that show potential investors what the space could look like if:
1. It were a physical therapy facility
2. If it was a medical clinic
3. If it were a gym
4. If it were a restaurant
5. If it were a daycare/charter school
6. Possibly, what it could also look like if you split the building in two, making it two separate rentable spaces.
