Tervezőt / építészt keresek marketing célú látványterv készítéséhez Olyan építész vagy tervező szakember jelentkezését keresem, aki egy marketing célú koncepcióterv és látványterv elkészítésében tud segíteni egy Algyőn, Szeged mellett található, közművesített belterületi telek kapcsán. A telket örököltem. Jelenleg egy régi vályog típusú ház található rajta, azonban az ingatlan ebben az állapotában önmagában gyakorlatilag nem értékesíthető, csak telekár körüli értéken. Emiatt a cél az, hogy szakmailag megalapozott, vonzó vizuális anyag készüljön arról, hogy mit lehetne kihozni a területből, milyen fejlesztési potenciál van benne, és milyen típusú ingatlan lenne ott megvalósítható. Elsősorban olyan szakembert keresek, aki: - átnézi a hatályos helyi szabályokat és beépítési lehetőségeket, - megvizsgálja, hogy a telekre családi ház, esetleg ikerház tervezhető-e, - készít egy vagy több koncepciót és látványtervet, - segít olyan anyagot összeállítani, amely alkalmas lehet befektetők vagy építtetők érdeklődésének felkeltésére. Fontos, hogy a terv nem engedélyezési célra készülne első körben, hanem kifejezetten marketing jelleggel, az ingatlan fejlesztési lehetőségeinek bemutatására. A telek előnyei: - közművesített telek, - falusi környezetben helyezkedik el, - ugyanakkor nagyon közel van Szegedhez, - ezért megfelelő koncepcióval érdekes lehet befektető vagy kivitelező számára is. Olyan tervező jelentkezését várom, aki kreatívan, de a jogszabályi kereteket figyelembe véve tud gondolkodni, és képes egy jól prezentálható, figyelemfelkeltő koncepcióanyag elkészítésére.
