Job description:Must be able to take firm name from [url removed, login to view] and develop spreadsheet, and then use google search to fill in IT person, Firm Administrator, Litigation Support, or Paralegal name in spreadsheet. Use online tool to verify email address and be able to ascertain format by published email addresses of attorneys on website, or by trying standard conventions used such as first initial last name, etc..
Responsibilities:Initial Target is New York and Washington D.C. West Coast is already under way. Additional states will be added after these are completed.
Job Requirements:Must have internet connection and PC. Must sign confidentiality agreement and keep list protected and private to our company.
Other:It is a plus to have previous experience doing this, and some references. Must be able to accept online [url removed, login to view] time estimate for New York and Washington D.C. is approximately 160 hours for 2000 contacts. Basically, 5 minutes for each contact to bring the website up, perform the analysis, and make the spreadsheet [url removed, login to view] take longer or shorter for each contact as some of the contacts are listed right on the website and don't require the linkedin lookup or address verification steps.I am personally doing the WestCoast and will train you on exactly how to get the name and email address within the allotted time.
Looking for immediate start. Would like to complete the job in about 1 month, and then move on to other states.
