1.) We predict our market to be people around 20-40 with income class B & C. We have a variety of coupons, all from different brands, have different offerings (e.g. buy one get one, cash voucher) and they all perform differently.
a.) Assuming you have access to our data, how would you analyze the coupon performance to get a better understanding of our users?
b.) Based on your analysis, how would you improve the retention of that group of users?
2.) We have many promos, coupons and COA (Company Official Accounts - where brands can sign up and have an official account, where users can follow and get updates from the account).
a.) Assuming you have access to our data, how would you measure the performance of these promos, coupons and COAs?
