Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to support our management team in managing marketing activities and promoting our e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, knowledge of major pay-per-click platforms, and a strong background in marketing and creating sales funnels with platforms like ClickFunnels, PageFly or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and monitoring of the marketing team
* Analysis of data and reports to identify growth opportunities
* Support in managing pay-per-click campaigns
* Support in creating sales funnels
* Entrepreneurial vision to develop new projects and initiatives in the digital world.
* Project management and budget management for marketing projects
* Utilization of marketing automation platforms
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
* Knowledge of major pay-per-click platforms
* Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies
* Strong English language skills
* Ability to work independently
* Strong problem-solving attitude
* Experience in managing and training teams
* Project management skills
* Data analysis skills
* Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
