Business Development for Media Production Company (Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai)

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site / Client meetings) Company Overview: We are a media production and broadcast services company based in Mumbai, specializing in live streaming, multi-camera production, event coverage, and broadcast solutions for brands, agencies, and event organizers. Our work spans corporate events, sports productions, brand activations, conferences, and large-scale live experiences. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and bring in new production projects. Role Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and bringing production and live streaming projects to the company. This role requires someone who understands the events, media, or production industry and is comfortable interacting with agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential clients including event agencies, marketing agencies, corporate brands, sports organizers, and production partners • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, calls, networking, and industry connections • Set up meetings and pitch the company’s production and live streaming services • Build and maintain relationships with event agencies and corporate clients • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to create proposals and quotations • Convert leads into confirmed projects and maintain long-term client relationships • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings when required • Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and update sales progress regularly Ideal Candidate Profile: • 1–4 years experience in business development or sales • Background in event management, media production, marketing agencies, or broadcast services is strongly preferred • Strong communication and networking skills • Comfortable meeting clients and presenting services • Self-driven and proactive in generating leads • Existing industry contacts with event agencies or brands will be a strong advantage Compensation: Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience) Performance Incentives: • 5–10% commission on successfully closed projects • High performers can earn significantly through project commissions.
