We are looking for Online Business Consultants that help me find the best practices to keep a correct brand image in their client's websites.
There is a company with a strong brand image.
We will call it: BeautyCorp
BeautyCorp doesn't sell directly to final consumers . Instead, it sells its products through its clients' stores (offline mainly but also online).
With the rise of internet sales, more and more of BeautyCorp clients are building their own online stores to sell the BeautyCorp products online.
We have two types of websites that are being built:
• Stores that sell ONLY BeautyCorp products online
• Stores that sell BeautyCorp products but also other products (but not direct competitores)
Objective: We are looking for Indications to give the BeautyCorp Clients in case they want to create a website / online store where the BeautyCorp Products are going to be sold. The final objetive is to protect brand image in the following areas:
1) User Experience while shopping on the online store (from 5 -10 tips)
2 ) Policy Service , Customer Service and Adequate Returns Policies (3 to 5 tips)
3) Website Design (5 - 10 tips)
4) Other aspects relevant to the brand. (3 - 10 tips)
