My business is registered in the UK and Isle of Man.
Isle of Man is our head office.
We are launching an app that will initially be used in South Africa. The app will eventually be used all around the world - like Uber.
The app is similar to Amazon. A company can upload products and a user can buy the products - keep in mind the user can only buy products listed in their country. We make 2% off each sale.
Do I have to register my business in every country we operate in and setup bank accounts?
or seeing as we are not a physical business can I charge each company our 2% fee at the end of every month and do an international transfer?
Is there a smarter way? more money savvy way to do this? how does uber do it?
How does tax work? Do i have to pay tax in the countries i operate in? or not?
These are the type of questions I am out to resolve.
I would love solutions and options.
Im sure someone can answer this in a matter of minutes.
