I need a business planner

We currently operate a waste yard which deals with the recycling of Green Waste like tree waste and garden waste turning this into Kiln dried fire logs, compost, mulch, solid wood furniture, but the bulk of the waste is recycled into Green fuel, which is treated and then incinerated making a 100% green fuel. i am currently a sub tenant on a council owned farm, and the reason i am wanting a business plan is to further enhance our green credentials, there is a large field to the rear of the farm which has hardly been used in the twelve years that i have worked from the farm, it is my intention to, at our companies cost replant this field, 3/4 of the field will be replanted with oxygen capturing trees, the other 1/4 of the field shall be planted with nectar rich flowers and plants to attract bees, there will also be an apiary in the field which shall produce Hollyhill Honey, which can then be retailed. this shall raise the green credentials overall of the farm. My business plan is for me to produce to the council, in a bid to obtain a long term tenancy. i am currently only surviving on a one year tenancy, which doesn't allow for any long term business ideas or reparations of the overall farm.
