Experienced Government RFP Proposal Writer for Technology Related Projects

Job Description:
We are seeking an English-speaking RFP/RFI Response Writer for US state and federal government solicitations for High Technology oriented RFIs / RFPs. You MUST have done this before and be prepared to show samples of what you have written in the Past. If you cannot provide that, DO NOT RESPOND.
The RFP/RFI Response Writer will:
• Read and evaluate the scope of work and project requirements
• Gather information from existing RFPs, marketing collateral, product documentation, and technical experts within and outside the company
• Produce quality responses to RFXs by following the appropriate (State or Federal) proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
• Ensure the draft response includes all mandatory requirements and they are cared for
• Submit the proposal and supporting documents for review.
The ideal candidate has:
• A strong technical background and understanding of business process management and enterprise software and security considerations
o Competent with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics applications, Cloud infrastructures AWS, Heroku, Azure, Security)
• Experience responding to technical RFPs coupled with strong writing skills
• For Federal contracts, Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) that govern Federal contracting, to determine a compliant and compelling format for the RFP response.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
