LIVE STREAMING PLAYER with VLC LIBRARIES in QT

We need a Live Streaming Player,
developed in QT,
which uses the Libraries of VLC Player 1.0.0.
Player also must have Skin Feature like VLC Player.
The Player must compile into a Single Independent Executable.
We will provide you with :-
1) Source Code of a Similar Player developed in VC++ but using old version of VLC Libraries.
2) Source Code of VLC Player 1.0.0. (Of course it is available to anyone.)
3) Source Code of the Streaming Plugin. (It is already implemented in the old code, but old version.)
Application MUST BE DEVELOPED IN QT, and THUS SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMPILE FOR WINDOWS, MAC, and LINUX.
