iPhone Twitter App Store

Hello Developers, I am posting a project that I need done asap. Below are the requirements. READ before you bid! - App must work with 3.0 iPhone OS and below, because Apple does not accept apps that aren't compatible with 3.0 now. -When 3.0 comes out you shall add push notification to the app. - I will pay escrow after the app is made and accepted into the app store. - My budget is strictly $600 and need done within 2-3 weeks. - I will get full rights to all files of the app after it is made, and I will need an email from you just to have documentation from you that the app is mine. The app is confidential and will be spoken in through PM's. It is a twitter app though and you must be familiar with Twitter's API's. NOTE: At the end of the project you will be payed an extra $20 because I only have $580 right now.
