MMO - Hockey Game

This is a project that needs to be done for home computer. It is very similar to [url removed, login to view] game combines the sense of gameplay and ice hockey. Think of it of that game being implemented into a scenario of a player who choose a lvl1 type of player, play in teams, develop new skills, buy some equipment and level up by playing games, scoring goals, making pass etc.
This game will have
- animation
- chatting
- different characters
- different pieces of equipment
- different ice rink to play
- Level will go from Level 1 up to Level 50

This is not a one-time job, instead, it is an on-going job that needs commitment and maintainence within the next 1-2 years or less. Thus it would be best to let know from the beginning that along the way of developing this system, there will be lots of changes and new developments that will be needed to be input in the game engine - so this is not one of those "do it one-time" project.
All code lines should be commented of what they do to further explain them.
Screenshots and explaination will are given and will be displayed in along the timeline.
There should also be discussions on what are the best methods for this system. These are proposed ideas, but if you have better solutions, its best to hear it - however, the final decision are to be made by us.
Please provide us with examples of your previous works on this type of projects involving multiplayer games. We are open for the technology to use.
