We need a simple photo editing software, with a friendly interface, that will do basic modification to a screenshot taken from a USB webcam.
The main screen needs to be splited in two parts. On the right side the user can load images that are on the computer. On the left side the program should load the streaming of the webcam until a screenshot is taken. After taking the screenshot, the captured image will remain on the screen, ready for modifications.
The available modification should be:
1. changing the contrast
2. changing the brightness
3. removing noise
4. inverting black/white
5. drawing lines, squares and ellipses
6. adding text boxes
7. measuring distances between 2 points (in pixels)
8. zooming in and out
9. rotating the image in 90 degrees steps(clockwise and counterclockwise)
For every option there should be a buton on the left side, like a toolbar(similar to MS Paint)
After all the modifications are done the user should have the possibility to save the altered picture as a jpg or bmp file.
The program should have a classic horizontal menu with "File" tab(new, save, print exit) and "Options" tab where the user can select the video input and some visual options.
